Background:

Amy Peterson is the field associate for Environment Washington. She joined WashPIRG in 2006 where she worked to get out the vote to pass the Clean Energy Initiative, I-937.  Since then, Amy has worked to build grassroots support for Environment Washington's other campaigns, on both the state and federal levels.  Amy graduated with honors from Hamline University in Minnesota with a degree in environmental studies and political science.
